The first ever Eden Food For Change – Coldest Night of the Year walkathon has come and gone. A lot of hard work went into making the event run smoothly and we would like to extend a personal thanks to all of you that made it possible. We raised over $36,000 and exceeded our fundraising goal!
Patric Dugas and the staff did an excellent job organizing and managing the event. The commitment from our staff, volunteers, and the community enabled us to conduct a successful walkathon. We are grateful for the donation of time, talent and energy from you all. You strengthen our community, and the work you do is truly extraordinary!
We would also like to thank local area businesses, sponsors, community partners and individuals who were generous in donating their goods and services. It is through the generosity of you, our community members, that we were able to produce an incredible event.
Lastly, but certainly not least, thank you to our participants and donors. Without your support and commitment, we would not be able to meet the needs of our community. The money raised at the Coldest Night of the Year event helps make possible the services we provide.
We want to thank each and every one of you who contributed to our event. We could not have done it without you. Your gift to Eden Food For Change is a true expression of caring and an investment in our community. Your kindness will touch many lives in need of help. Thank you for doing your part, and for helping Eden Food For Change help our neighbours in need.
Warm regards,
Board of Directors and Executive Director
